Chelsea beat Red Bull Salzburg 5-3 in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday.
New American signing Christian Pulisic scored twice in the opening half hour with a Ross Barkley penalty squeezed in between.
The was 3-1 to the Premier League side, when, in the 57th minute, Pedro scored the goal of the night and what may be one of the goals of the season.
From the left, Ross Barkley clipped in a right-football ball over the top of the Salzburg defence to the on-running Pedro, who, on the edge of the six-yard box, pulled off an outrageous backheel volley to send the ball beyond the keeper.
Michy Batshuayi added Chelsea's fifth goal in the 88th minute.
Jerome Onguene and a double from Takumi Minamino got Salzburg on the scoreboard.
The game was Chelsea's second high-scoring friendly win in three days. On Sunday, they beat Reading 4-3.
Manager Frank Lampard was particularly impressed with the play of Christian Pulisic.
"He showed his quality and I love the nature of his goals where he has an intention to run behind the line and not come short," said Lampard.
"It is what he is going to have to do because he is going to play in the Premier League and the Champions League, this is the top end.
"A winger has to have the desire not just to be tidy but to be getting in behind people and then with his quality he can be a really big player for us."
"He is a big signing for us with big potential," continued Lampard, "but the big question is he has to adapt to a different league, but I have seen already a really good attitude and a willingness to listen to information.
"He is 20 years of age so we have to remember he is young. I am happy to work with him, I want him to improve him."
