Charlton won promotion to the Championship after a dramatic 2-1 win against Sunderland at Wembley.
The winner came six seconds from the end of injury time with 93:54 on the clock.
It was centre-back Patrick Bauer who scored the decisive goal for Charlton after his header rebounded back to him off a Sunderland player and, laying on the ground, he found the net.
Ireland underage international Josh Cullen, on loan at Charlton from West Ham, played a key part in getting the ball into the box for the play which eventually resulted in the goal.

Sunderland had taken the lead after just five minutes when Charlton goalkeeper Dillon Phillips allowed a backpass from centre-back Mahamadou-Naby Sarr to roll under his foot and into his net.
Ben Purrington found an equaliser for Charlton 30 minutes after his teammates' calamity.
