If Celtic avoid defeat at home to Hearts this afternoon, they will complete an undefeated league season, the first team to do so in a 38-game Scottish season. They will also break the record points total - currently 103 points, earned by Celtic in 2001/02, and are two goals away from setting that record, too.
Brendan Rodgers' side are history-makers, but this afternoon, Celtic honoured another set of history-makers: the Lisbon Lions.
