Celtic have officially been reinstated to the Champions League this morning. They'll now play Maribor in the final qualifying round later today.
The rules are pretty clear
Celtic are lucky, but Uefa regs are clear on what happens in these circumstances. Nothing arbitrary about it. pic.twitter.com/nxIixOvxhw

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dramatic news from Warsaw as Legia release a statement confirming the possibility that they played an ineligible player last night. Their left back Bartosz Bereszyski was red carded last season but wasn't registered for the Pat's clash so he failed to serve his suspension. He was only introduced by Henning Berg with four minutes left on the clock. According to sports governance expert Robert T Blaszczak, Legia are concerned and a UEFA investigation is pending.

It could still be a matter of interpretation but things don't look bright for Legia as we speak. UEFA have confirmed an investigation. — Robert T. B?aszczak (@RobertBlaszczak) August 7, 2014
Okay.. It's true. We could be the first team to be knocked out of the Champions League twice in the qualifying stages in the same year.
