Celtic ran out 3-0 winners tonight against Motherwell at Celtic Park with all three goals coming in the first half as Brendan Rodgers' side returned to the summit of the SPL.
The first goal came on 28 minutes when Odsonne Edouard slipped in 20-year-old defender Anthony Ralston who finished beyond Mark Gillespie to give the hosts the lead.
The second goal came through Scott Sinclair who scored from the spot on four minutes later after James Forrest was felled in the box:
But the pick of the goals would be scored on the stroke of half-time after a terrific team move ended in Michael Johnson, on as a sub for Edouard, firing into the roof of the net to put his side 3-0 to the good:
Celtic are now top of the SPL a point ahead of Rangers, who drew tonight away to Hibernian, though the Bhoys have a game in hand over their rivals.
