Brendan Rodgers' will point to the successful execution of some training ground work, but in truth it was poor defending by PSG, exacerbated by some awful goalkeeping by stand-in 'keeper Alphonse Areola. It is far from a second-string PSG side, however: Neymar, Mbappe, Cavani, Draxler, Rabiot, Veratti, Dani Alves, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, and Kurzawa are all starting for the Parisens.
