Las night was the culmination of a perfect debut season in Madrid for Jude Bellingham. The English midfielder has instantly made himself a star man at the Bernabeau and he's planted himself firmly in the early Ballon d'Or conversation for this year.
Bellingham was instrumental in Madrid's victory at Wembley, he provided the assist for Vinicius Jr for Real's second goal which sealed a 15th European Cup/Champions League title for Los Blancos.
It was also a special moment for Jude Bellingham as he played against his former club Borussia Dortmund for the first time since making the over €100 million move from Germany to Spain last summer.

It wasn't the swashbuckling performance many expected from Real and Bellingham didn't really threaten Dortmund's defence too much, however he still was as involved as ever off the ball and when he was being interviewed by the CBS Sports team after the match, Thierry Henry was praising him for his defensive work and said his off the ball work may have gone unnoticed by fans.
The former Birmingham City man had a fairly blunt and 'creative' response to what people would think of his performance.
I couldn't give a shit really what people say.

They reaction from the cast said it all, Micah Richards was exclaiming at "it was still early in America'" and Jamie Carragher said that Jude would be perfect for the show and "he will get in more trouble" than the Liverpool legend.
In a world where footballers are overly media-trained and say very little in post-match interviews, seeing Bellingham be so honest, as funny as it is, is also refreshing to see.
