The main thing I'm taking from this video of Jamie Carragher and Paul Ince selecting their joint Ireland Dream Team is that between the two, Carragher is the alpha male. He really dominates the selections and even appears to let Ince have a few towards the end. Maybe someone had a word on the 'Guv'nor's' behalf.
