Carlisle Fans Have Absolutely No Mercy For Brendan Rodgers

Liverpool took on Carlisle at Anfield in the League Cup on Wednesday, with the score 1-1 at the break.

After a poor start to the season with Liverpool languishing in 13th in the league, pressure has built on Brendan Rodgers. Former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti - who is currently out of work - was linked with becoming Rodgers' successor today.

The club denied reports that the Italian had been sounded out. That did not stop the Carlisle fans from having some fun in the first half directing 'you're getting sacked in the morning' chants at the Liverpool boss.
