Just over seven years ago, Dan Gosling came off the bench for Everton in an FA Cup fourth round replay to score a dramatic 118th minute winner against Liverpool.
The game was live on ITV. Well, everything bar Gosling's goal. Just before the dramatic winner, ITV cut an ad for tic-tacs, meaning millions watching missed the goal.
During the north London derby, the most important in the Premier League era, BT Sport nearly had a similar moments.
For just over 45 seconds during stoppage time, this was all that was visible on BT Sport 1.
Once normal service was resumed, Aaron Ramsey was shown having a great chance denied by a last-ditch tackle.
Suffice to say, customers of the broadcaster were not happy.
FUCK OFF BT

BT Sport momentarily lose signal before returning with no sound. Not quite up there with ITV's Tic Tac ad faux pas but not great.
