There has been a lot of confusion surrounding the announcement of Brock Lesnar's return to MMA at UFC 200 ever since the news broke early on Sunday morning.
The ban imposed on Ariel Helwani and two of his MMAFighting.com colleagues from all UFC events has been seen by many as a harsh punishment for a reporter reporting the news, but with no official announcement on Lesnar's opponent, some began to speculate.
A number of theories have been offered over the past 24 hours, with some suggesting that Brock was so unhappy at having the surprise video spoiled that he was refusing to sign a contract, and the removal of Brock from the event details on UFC 200 also alerted eagle-eyed fans to the possibility of something going down, but with an appearance on Sports Centre this morning the man himself put all those ideas to bed as he confirmed his next opponent.
Like many had speculated as soon as the announcement went down, Lesnar will be fighting Mark Hunt at UFC 200.

What a way to follow up losing out on McGregor vs Diaz II.
We knew from Dana White telling Hunt to "stay ready" for UFC 200 that he had something up his sleeve, but the return of Lesnar will be absolutely massive in terms of PPV sales.
Hunt is riding a wave of popularity having won his previous two bouts against Antonio 'Bigfoot' Silva and Frank Mir via eye-catching first round knock-outs, and will now be handed Brock in what looks an absolute fascinating fight.
All that remains to be revealed now is where on the main card this fight takes place. Exciting times.
