Harry Arter can't be far from getting a starting place in Martin O'Neill's team for the World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Georgia.

Arter was hailed as 'magnificent' by the English media for his performance in Bournemouth's 1-0 win against Everton on Saturday.

On Match of the Day, such was the quality of his performance, he received his own segment.

Martin Keown said Arter is a player who 'gets better everytime I watch him play'.

This is a player that they're bought from Woking and he's come through the divisions; a couple of promotions, he's part of the success story. Fair play to Harry and to Eddie Howe for buying him.

He just gets better everytime I watch him play. He's a real driving force. He can play - don't worry about that. He can see a pass and if an opportunity comes his way, he'll take it.

Bournemouth won the game 1-0 via a stunning strike from Junior Stanislas. It was a pass from the left by Arter which put Stanislas in position to take the shot.

This is the build up for the goal. OK, great finish from Stanislas but this is a great ball. He whips that with pace and takes two Everton players out of the game. Without that pass, he doesn't score.

He's vital for Bournemouth success.
