The following situation unfolded in Colombia over the weekend when the home team's mascot, an owl, landed injured on the pitch. What happened next is not cool.

Moreno who supposedly does not have much in the way of veterinarian skills apologised after the game
"I want to apologize to the fans," Moreno told reporters after the match. "I was not trying to hurt the owl. I did it (kicked) to see if it would fly."
