It's a sign of the tension surrounding citizens in continental Europe in wake of recent events when a well known professional footballer has been mistaken for a terrorist in his own country.
Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened to AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, after police were called to the Radisson Blu Astrid hotel in Antwerp due to a report of an individual with a "worrying appearance" was said to be "acting suspiciously" in the lobby.
Once the police arrived, they instantly recognised the individual to be Radja Nainggolan, and thankfully all involved saw the funny side of the situation, and the result of the callout was this picture:

Nainggolan's father is from Indonesia, which perhaps confused whoever made the call as to the nationality of the person they were suspicious over, but he was born in Antwerp, and the "worrying appearance" aspect was most likely regarding his hair and clothing, rather than ethnicity, considering this is what he wears on his day off:
Still, at times like these it's understandable that people are adopting a "better safe than sorry" approach, and thankfully no harm was done and it all ended with a funny photo on twitter.
