The summer transfer window, much like Ireland, has been seriously heating up this week. Liverpool, Manchester United, both Milan clubs, and Juventus have all dipped their toe into the transfer market, and now Bayern Munich are making some moves of their own.
German newspaper 'Bild' are reporting that Bayern Munich will complete the €30m signing of Shaktar Donetsk forward Douglas Costa tomorrow morning.
Douglas Costa can play on either wing, or up front as he has done recently for Brazil at Copa America. He is a player who has been regularly been linked with a move to the Premier League and clubs such as Manchester United and Chelsea, but it is the German giants Bayern who are going to put up the cash for a deal.

With continuing doubts over the future of Frank Ribery due to injury, and some reports even claiming he may be forced to retire, the move makes sense for Bayern who are adding a versatile player to their attack. Costa has scored 29 goals in 140 games since making the move from Gremio to the Ukraine, but he will no doubt be looking to improve that ratio in the Bundesliga.
