Aston Villa's 18 year old winger Jack Grealish has still to decide whether he opts to play for Ireland or England at international level, according to Martin O'Neill.
Grealish was born in the English West Midlands but his father was a Dub and he has so far opted to play underage football for Ireland. However, he is asking for more time on the question of who he plumps for at senior level.

On his first day working at Aston Villa, Roy Keane went down to the academy pitches and asked Grealish to train with first team.
