talkSPORT presenter Alan Brazil has shown a remarkable lack of consideration regarding the apparent suicide of actor and comedian Robin Williams.

On this show this morning, the former Ipswich, Tottenham, Manchester United and Scotland striker said that the news of Williams’ death did not “hit him hard”, which is understandable, but he also said it was “shocking” and that he does not “have a lot of sympathy” for the entertainer, saying “what you leave behind is diabolical”.
Ex-England hooker and BBC commentator Moore showed a far more articulate knowledge of the sensitive topic. He took issue with Brazil’s comments and said how depression pays no respect to “fame, fortune or anything else.”
“Death around depression is an awful matter, and I’m slow to judge people”, said Moore. He also paid warm tribute to Williams’ large body of work.
