Nobody seemed happier to see Ghana come out 3-2 winners over South Korea in a thrilling contest than Asamoah Gyan.
The former Ghana striker was a huge part of Ghana's run to the quarter finals in 2010, as they lost to Uruguay on penalties, with Asamoah Gyan missing a heart breaking penalty in the last kick of extra time.
Never the less, Asamoah Gyan enjoyed a hugely successful international career with Ghana. The former Sunderland striker scored 51 goals for his country, the all-time top goal scorer for his country, while also scoring six goals across three World Cups.
While he may not be playing in this year's tournament, Asamoah Gyan seems to be hugely enjoying his role as a pundit. Alongside Own Hargreaves, he is a pundit for South African channel Supersport.
For the neutral fan, Ghana and South Korea provided huge entertainment in a day full of thrilling and exciting football for the African sides.
After taking a two goal lead in the first half, Ghana looked set to be cruising to their first victory of the group stage after a opening day defeat to Portugal.
However, South Korea completely changed the game in the second half, scoring two quickfire goals to draw level in a frantic second half. Thankfully for Ghana and Gyan, Mohammed Kudus scored his second goal of the game.
Despite an extremely nervous ending to the game as South Korea threw everything at Ghana to score an equaliser, Ghana defended heroically to hold on for a vital win. Nobody was more thrilled to hear the full time whistle more than Asamoah Gyan, who ran around the studio in delight.

The hilarious antics didn't stop there however. When asked by the presenter to summarise the performance of Kudos, he simply broke into dance to show how thrilled he was.
