The new jersey launches are coming thick and fast, but something immediately caught out attention after seeing the new Arsenal away jersey for the first time...

Is that not the same as the Liverpool jersey from the 'Michael Owen' FA Cup Final?

Clearly the thought never entered the mind of whoever designed it, but rather is an unfortunate coincidence that will bring back sad memories for Arsenal fans that remember the 2001 FA Cup Final.

It's very similar. If only Carlsberg were the sponsor.

Arsenal have had yellow and blue jerseys before, some cracking ones, but when I see the above I think Patrick Berger, Didi Hamann, Gary McAllister, and Michael Owen.

If anything it's just a friendly reminder for Liverpool fans of a day they'll fondly remember.
