Arsenal denied Man City a chance to go top of the Premier League - with both sides having played the same amount of games - thanks to a 93rd minute own goal from Aston Villa keeper Emi Martinez.
Arsenal came back twice, having gone 1-0 and 2-1 down, but secured the three points after goals from Saka, Zinchenko, Martinez (og), and a 98th minute goal from Martinelli to make it 2-4.
Martinez' unfortunate luck - a Jorginho shot ricocheted off the cross bar, back onto the keeper's head, and into the net - caused much delight for Arsenal fans, after the eccentric Argentinian had been using a number of time wasting tricks near the end of the game.
Unsurprisingly, the Gooners wasted no time themselves in taking to Twitter to mercilessly mock their former keeper.

After the match, goalscorer Oleksandr Zinchenko spoke to the press, and noted his side's resilience and belief which lead to their two injury time goals.
"From this game I would like to say two things. First we took an unbelievable lesson for all of us that we need to believe until the very end. Like I said in the past, this group has such amazing people, can achieve everything they want. If we are going to keep fighting and keep believing. The reaction from all of us in the second half is a perfect way to go.
"I’m so happy to help with my goal but most important is to take the three points.
"We would like to go in the dressing room as soon as possible but there are still a lot of games to play and we just need to keep going, keep fighting and keep believing we can do everything."
