Airtricity say their slogan is “What can we do to make it better?” and it seems quite a suitable choice as they have recently decided to sponsor the Football League of Ireland. They proudly own 19 wind farms in the 32 counties and have plans for more, whether or not this includes making better use of the likes of turners cross and richmond park remains to be seen. Whatever there is to be said about the LOI, they will no doubt benefit from a undisclosed cash injection from Airtricity. But maybe its the Airtricityleague's youtube channel which will make the difference by showcasing the fact that most of the St Pats fans are under-10 and that most of them were forced by their parents to bear the pain of being in regular attendance. Richmond park is a good place for the Airtricity guys to start as energy efficiency has always been at the top of the Saints agenda.
