Manchester United striker Anthony Martial is having a tough time in front of goal lately after announcing his arrival on the Premier League scene in spectacular fashion.
Martial would have been hoping to mark his 20th birthday with a goal, and a win, against West Ham on Saturday afternoon, but United's 6th 0-0 draw of the season would have dampened his mood as he and his teammates left the pitch to the sound of boos ringing around Old Trafford.
It was up to his wife to raise his spirits on his birthday, and he did just that. Samantha Martial presented her husband with an excellently crafted Old Trafford cake, complete with Anthony Martial figurine, but the cake isn't important here, what has made our day is Martial's reaction.
The man's face just does not move.

Also worth a mention is the fact that Anthony Martial's nickname is Toto. Excellent.
