Colin O'Brien has included Real Betis' Anselmo Garcia MacNulty in his Irish under-17 squad for upcoming tournament games with England, Czech Republic and Germany in Tallaght.

He is a defender, and has been involved in at under-15 and under-16 level for Ireland to now most recently playing under Paul Osam for the under-16s against Bulgaria. He qualifies for Ireland through his Irish mother.

Garcia MacNulty rose to prominence a couple of months ago, when he ran the length of the field to score a remarkable solo goal for Betis in an under-15s tournament. (He did, admittedly, have to make a couple of tackles to do so).

Also included is Gavin Bazunu, soon to be of Man City, and fellow goalkeeper Jimmy Corcoran, once of Disgraceful UEFA Refereeing.
