While Ander Herrera hasn't featured much for Manchester United in recent weeks, he came off the bench to play a big role in Anthony Martial's last-minute winner in the FA Cup semi-final against Everton, and it does seem to be the case that things happen when the Spaniard is on the pitch.
He's a popular figure for the majority of Man United fans (apart from those who think he isn't good enough, that is) mainly because he comes across as an extremely likeable chap, and that idea was reinforced by his spontaneous decision to host a Q & A session with his followers.
Got any questions? Am chilling at home right now and will do my best to answer. Cheers!

Presumably looking to kill time as he waited for the minutes pass until it was his best bud Juan Mata's birthday, he put the tweet out and got some interesting questions, and gave honest and interesting answers.
First up was a great shout for his favourite United goal:
@OrelAsaraf against Yeovil town last season
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
And look who popped up to spoil the party...
. @AnderHerrera @OrelAsaraf Tap in.
— Yeovil Town FC (@YTFC) April 27, 2016
Then we learned about an unsung aspect of David De Gea:
@FloptimusCrime yes , it's completely true
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
Herrera knows there are correct and incorrect answers:
@gobaith scholes
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
This one was correct.
@JayStucchio the way fans support us with unconditionally
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
This one was also correct.
The crucial questions took priority:
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
Although his answer to this one kicked off a twitter-war:
@Nitishbassi of course
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
He cleared up something that bothers a few fans:
@Danojones1998 superstition, I did it in Bilbao and was good for me
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
But generally was just his adorable self:
@m_almomen @ManUtd in terms of results could be better and you know that but I feel lucky to play for this club
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
He also inadvertantly gave us a look at how horrible the Spanish media is:
@BenGrace_ how polite and respectful people is
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
There's a hint of football hipster in him too
@racheljb47 I usually love old school kits
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
Who knew Paddy McNair was a laugh?
@ManlikeBasti we have a very good dressing room , I usually laugh with Wayne , Ashley , McNair , Juan ...
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
And he capped it with a positive promise:
@OzzyBalr yes but the best is yet to come
— Ander Herrera (@AnderHerrera) April 27, 2016
A genuinely nice lad.
It may not have been as spicy as the time John Arne Riise did one, or as random as Mesut Ozil's, but this was a high quality spontaneous twitter Q & A.
