While this season has been a unique one for every single team in the Premier League and beyond, the 2019/2020 campaign has been very different for Tottenham Hotspur, as viewers will see in All Or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur.
After losing in last season's Champions League final to Liverpool, expectations were high for Mauricio Pochettino's side at the start of the campaign. However, after five years in charge of the club, the Argentinian was sacked and replaced by Jose Mourinho.
Having led Spurs to top-four finishes in four of his five seasons in charge, Pochettino couldn't halt a domestic slump which saw an extremely poor run of form. In fact, following a 3-1 win over Leicester on February 10, 2019, Spurs won just six of their 24 Premier League matches.
After taking over in November, Mourinho was given the task of turning the club around and moving them up the table - at the time of his appointment, Spurs were 14th in the Premier League.
However, while Mourinho's tenure at the club has been brief, it hasn't been uneventful.
Over the last few months, the club have seen injuries to their key strikers with Mourinho refusing to put his faith in Troy Parrott, defeat to Norwich on penalties in the FA Cup, their Champions League elimination to Leipzig, COVID-19 shutting down all football, and the resumption of the league which saw Spurs fail to finish in the top-four but secure Europa League qualification.
All this will be documented in All Or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur when it's released on Amazon Prime on August 31.
