There's a lot of skepticism surrounding today's appointment of Alan Pardew as Newcastle FC manager. If the man was halfway decent in the punditry chair, it's unlikely he'd be making such an inglorious return to the touchline. But sadly, being "absolutely raped" is Pardew's definition of colourful verbage.
