Forget your Neymars and your Messi's the preseason charity match to watch is tonight on Dutch TV station RTL 7 starting right now. Its supposedly set to feature a host of Ajax legends including none other than Johan Cruyff as well as Marco Van Basten, Patrick Kluivert, Dennis Bergkamp, Franck Rijkaard, Edwin van der Sar, Wesley Sneijder, Marc Overmars Ronald de Boer, Jari Litmanen and the guest of honor "Mr Ajax" Sjaak Swart who will run out onto the pitch at the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium to play aged 75. The teams will be managed by Guus Hiddink and Ronald Koeman. Swart, a forward and one club man had been at Ajax since he was 9 years old and went on to become there record appearance holder winning numerous domestic titles and 3 European Cups during his career there. I suspect none of these lads have lost their touch so the skills on show will be pretty impressive.
Here he is in his heyday winning the Dutch League title in 1960 and apparently he met his wife in the post match celebrations! Result!
