Aiden McGeady loves the Championship.
He had a highly successful season with Preston last year, and while the club could not afford to pay his wages to make a move from Everton permanent, Sunderland have decided that he's worth shelling out for.
He has linked up once again with Simon Grayson, whose faith in McGeady is being rewarded in spades, and has even helping overcome the club's notorious zeal for debacle.
They lead Norwich City 3-0, and McGeady rifled in the second. It was a cracker:
As regular as McGeady goals have become, it's a very rare assist for Lee Cattermole.
