Bangkok Sports Club beat Satri Angthong 20-19 in a dramatic cup semi-final shootout in Thailand.

The game was tied at 19-19 when the Satri Angthong keeper thought - as everyone watching must have too - that his side had taken the advantage in the tie when Bangkok struck the bar with the 39th kick of the shootout.

The goalkeeper's celebrations were premature. Though the shot had struck the crossbar, it had not gone wide. Nor had it been directed sufficiently away from the goal. Instead it went skywards and when it returned, bounced into an empty goal.

Satri Angthong would miss the penalty which followed.
