AC Milan Make Request To Be Allowed Play 15 Year Old In Serie A.

AC Milan have made a special request to be allowed play 15 year old Hachim Mastour in Serie A. Under Serie A rules a player is not eligible until his 16th birth. Mastour will not turn 16 until June.
