Chelsea have already wrapped up the Premier League title for the 2014/15 season, and the now weekly Gary Neville analysis session on MNF highlighted how the London club have re-emerged as champions after they finished a distant third place just two years ago when Manchester United won the league in Sir Alex Ferguson's last season in charge.
Neville highlighted the impressive squad overhaul that Chelsea have gone through under the watch of Jose Mourinho, and suggests what the club need to turn into a dominant force in English football, as well as the need to bring players from the club's youth academy in to the first team.

It is crazy to think that Mourinho has never given a first Premier League start to a product of Chelsea's youth academy considering their unmatched success at youth level in recent seasons, but surely the current crop of youngsters will break that trend?
Neville feels it is a must for Mourinho, but only time will tell.
