It's quite possible that the Irish twittersphere has never been so comprehensively clogged with losing betting slips as it is right now. And that's all thanks to one man. In case you missed it, Keith Barry (or Paddy Power in disguise according to some) made a raft of predictions before the start of the weekend.
One in particularly whetted the appetites of a large portion of the Irish public. Keith Barry said QPR would beat Man City. You could even get them at a tempting 6/1, what could go wrong? Well Sergio Aguero did some conjuring of his own and QPR came away with a very unfortunate draw when it could so easily have been a win.
But, of course, bookmakers don't pay for nearly and Keith Barry is currently staring at a million twitter notifications and chuckling away to himself. There's plenty to say here but we'll hand over the voice of reason to Danny on this one.
