Cork City could potentially be about to reunite Colin Healy with his former Celtic teammate Liam Miller if a reports in the Evening Echo are to be believed. Healy and Miller played together for Ballincollig AFC as teenagers before departing for Celtic and seeing them reunited at the age of 34 and 33 respectively would certainly be an intriguing possibility for the Turner's Cross faithful.
Miller left Brisbane Roar by mutual consent last week and according to the Echo he is open to a return to Ireland, with Cork being the obvious choice for the former Man Utd man.
Having finished an agonisingly close second to Dundalk this year, John Caulfield is understandably eager to bolster his options ahead of next season and, with Karl Sheppard having already been brought in from Shamrock Rovers, Miller's experience at the highest level could certainly boost Cork's chances of going one better this time next year.
