After a couple of fairly low-scoring weeks in fantasy football, we are all hoping to get back on track this weekend. To give you a helping hand, we have conjured up some Fantasy Premier League tips for gameweek 10.
Fantasy Premier League Tips For Gameweek 10
Roberto Firmino (Liverpool) - £9.6m
Firmino is on fire at the minute and you get the feeling Spurs could be the latest victims of his bag of tricks. The Spurs defence has struggled this season and the Brazilian's tendency to drop between the lines and link the play could be very difficult to handle.
We reckon he will cause havoc, be it through his link play or finishing off moves himself.
Sokratis (Arsenal) - £5.0m
Putting Arsenal defenders in your team is always a risky business, especially when you consider their form at the minute. However, you need to look at their upcoming fixtures.
They host the low-scoring Crystal Palace this week, followed by a very favourable run. Nothing is a ever a given with this team, but you would imagine a few clean sheets must be on the horizon.
Jamie Vardy (Leicester City) - £9.1m
Three goals in his last three games means Jamie Vardy heads into this weekend in fantastic form and he could hardly be coming up against a better opposition.
Southampton have conceded 16 goals in the league this season, the third highest mark in the division. Vardy should get plenty of joy, even if they are playing away from home.
Marcus Rashford (Manchester United) - £8.4m
Rashford played very well against Liverpool last week, with this weekend's opponents likely to grant him plenty of scoring opportunities. Norwich have looked shocking at the back despite their strong start to the season, conceding 21 goals in nine games.
He only played 30 minutes on Thursday night so he should be fairly well rested too.
Rui Patricio (Wolves) - £5.2m
Newcastle don't score many goals, making Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patricio a good option. Wolves have looked a lot better over the past few weeks, although their tough outing in Slovakia in midweek could be an issue.
Still, we fancy them to manage a shutout in this game.
Harry Wilson (Bournemouth) - £6.1m
A bit of a left field choice, but Harry Wilson has been very impressive for Bournemouth this season. He starts every game and offers plenty going forward for what is a very good attacking team.
He has scored three goals this season and Watford should offer him the chance to add to that tally.
Chris Wood (Burnley) - £6.2m
Chelsea are playing very well at the minute, but this looks like a very tricky fixture. The game in Amsterdam on Wednesday was a taxing one, and that will have an impact at the weekend.
Burnley is a very tough place to go, and when you consider Chelsea's questionable defensive record, the in-form Chris Wood could experience some joy.
