Happy Birthday Shay Given. The Donegal man is 39 years young today and judging by his Cup performances this year, it looks like we may be seeing him between the sticks for a few more years. However, just because he's been looking sprightly lately that doesn't mean he's resting on his laurels.
As many will know out there, after a hard work out, a foam roller can be a painful but necessary lifesaver. Shay Given may have been a bit stiff yesterday given that he didn't have a whole lot to do in the second half and he was forced to improvise in the foam roller department.
