Today's embarrassing clip of the day comes from France. This isn't one of those French people being crazy, it's more an ill-advised option that goes badly wrong. Almost in slow motion.

Brest hosted the new Ligue 2 champions Troyes in the second last game of the season. Troyes were already crowned champions at this stage, while Brest still had an outside chance of getting a top three spot that would get them promotion to Ligue 1.

That wasn't why the game was noteworthy however. The most memorable moment of the game was when Troyes left back Joan Hartock made an ill advised lofted backpass to his goalkeeper.
