The West Cork Schoolboys League U16 Cup final held at Turners Cross on the May Bank Holiday weekend was a dramatic game. It finished 1-1 in normal time and then 2-2 after extra time. Penalties were required with Bunratty United beating Skibbereen 5-4.

The scoring in normal time was opened by Bunratty captain Keith O'Sullivan. It was a memorable goal too, a 35-yard thunderbolt which flew past the Skibbereen keeper.

O'Sullivan would go on to win Man of the Match.

Thanks to James O'Reilly and Aidan McCarthy for sending this our way.
