Poor old Michael Owen. The man won the Ballon D'or in 2001 and yet 14 years later he is the butt of a joke on Monday Night Football. Jamie Carragher is well known to be one of Owen's best friends but that didn't stop him from getting in a very sly dig at his former teammate on Monday.

In the aftermath of Arsenal's win over Hull, Gary Neville turned his attention to the issue of iconic shirt numbers. The importance of a top player wearing number seven for Liverpool and Man United was on Neville's mind, at least until Carragher interjected with the fact that Owen once wore the iconic jersey at Old Trafford.

Cue hearty laughter from everyone involved.
