With just a minute left in injury time and Juventus leading Real Madrid 2-1, Cristiano Ronaldo tore down the sideline toward the Italian side's goal. The Portuguese had earlier cancelled out Alvaro Morata's opener and was looking to manufacture a chance for his side to equalise once more. It was something which Giorgio Chiellini could not countenance. He leapt in with a tackle which stopped the counter attack in its tracks, receiving a yellow card for his endeavour.
