It's been a good year for Irish players in the Championship. With Harry Artur pulling up trees in Bournemouth, Daryl Murphy banging in goals left, right and centre and countless others in Martin O'Neill's squad in the league, there's a lot of Irish interest.
Which is good when three Irish internationals make the PFA Championship team of the year - Ipswich's Daryl Murphy, Sheffield Wednesday's Kieren Westwood, and Derby's Richard Keogh all feature after their brilliant campaigns.
There's no place for Norwich's Wes Hoolahan, the aforementioned Artur, or the latest Irish eligible phenom Patrick Bamford despite being named Championship Player Of The Year by the Football League and the managers.

There's no doubt that O'Neill will be pleased, and hopefully these players will be able to carry their form into the international scene.
