Every now and again a video comes along that sees sportspeople swap sports and it's not as interesting as it could be. It's not obvious why, but while seeing top sports players struggle with other sports isn't too bad.
But the latest video is different. It finally gets players who are talented in both sports, and characters who make it entertaining.

To celebrate St. George's Day, the patron saint of England, two England rugby stars - George Ford and Jack Nowell, joined Arsenal's Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, and Chelsea's Gary Cahill.
The star of the show is undoubtedly Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain, providing most of the laughs; while Jack Nowell's crossbar challenge is particularly impressive.
