There has been less than three weeks since the horrible scenes in the Paris metro and, in a video that was featured on the Sun and the Daily Mail and then broadcast on ITV news last night, another group of Chelsea fans have been filmed engaging in racist chanting.

This latest incident occurred on the 9.25pm train from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly after the League Cup final against Tottenham on Sunday. Tottenham fans, the Parisian incident and John Terry feature in the chants before they realise that they are being filmed.
