Gruesome injuries are like buses. There aren't many for a while (thankfully), but then two come along in quick succession. After Stephen Ireland's horrific gash on his calf, Nedum Onuoha suffered another horrible cut.
Playing his first game back after a hamstring injury, Onuoha collided with team mate Stephen Caulker just before halftime in QPR's 2-1 home defeat to Arsenal last night. Onuoha was forced off and was later taken to a hospital. QPR teammate Shaun Wright Phillips posted a picture of the damage Caulker head did to Onuoha's face:
