Every now and again one of these stories comes along and makes the entire nation jealous. This time it's the turn of a Galway man who stuck €1 on 17 football teams on Tuesday night and walked away a hell of a lot richer.

The only game that looked to be going against him was Norwich vs Blackburn. However, Norwich midfielder Bradley Johnson struck and 85th minute winner and then it was just a matter of waiting it out and realising he was €206,261 better off.
