The ultimate goalkeeper blunder seems a bit harsh but, for Mickey Van der Hart of Go Ahead Eagles, that's probably not much of a consolation. The 20 year old goalkeeper is out on loan at the Eredivisie strugglers from Ajax and today could have been his big moment.

Go Ahead were holding Ajax to a 1-1 draw up until the 88th minute when a back pass was played to Van der Hart who decided to get it up the other end of the pitch as quickly as possible.
