Chelsea Racist Victim Calls For Punishment To Fans

The man who was subjected to the racist abuse from the Chelsea fans on the Paris Metro train this week has called on them to be punished. 33 year old Souleymane told Le Parisien newspaper that he didn't understand the supporters' chants because he doesn't speak English. However, he was aware that the fans were attacking him because of the colour of his skin.

The victim says that he lives with racism, and isn't really surprised by what happened, even if it was the first time such a thing happened in the Metro.

He has called on Scotland Yard and anti-racism organisations to take action, and feels that those involved should be punished.

I intend to talk to anti-racism organisations. These people, these English fans, must be found and punished ... What happened should not go unpunished.
