Lazar Markovic has agreed terms to leave Liverpool on loan just a season after joining from Benfica for £20m.
The 21-year-old winger had an underwhelming first season at Anfield, and while there were flashes of brilliance, he struggled with the physicality of the Premier League and he's reportedly heading for Fenerbache.
The Turkish giants are taking the Serb on loan for the season but it is understood that Liverpool want him to return to the club next season after no option to buy was including in the deal.
Markovic is the latest player to depart Anfield on loan after just a single season at the club after Mario Balotelli rejoined AC Milan earlier this week.
Four players in total have left the club after one season. Rickie Lambert joined West Brom earlier this summer while Javi Manquillo's two-year loan deal from Atletico Madrid was cancelled after just 12 months.
