The 2014/2015 Premier League fixture list have today been revealed and they have served up some tantalising clashes right from day one. Leicester City will host Everton on their return to the Premier League, Burnley will welcome Chelsea to Turf Moor, and Liverpool will entertain Southampton and new boss Ronald Koeman, all on an action packed opening day. Saturday, September 16th is the date to mark in the calendar, the full opening day line-up is as follows:

The first "big game" of the season is no doubt Manchester City vs Liverpool on match day 2, and also interesting is the apparent ease of Manchester United's first fivefixtures as they face all three promoted teams along with Swansea and Sunderland, so Louis Van Gaal will no doubt be hoping for a great start to his first campaign in the Premier League.
