The latest reports indicate that Paul Gascoigne has pulled back from the brink after worrying images of him emerged during the summer. He spent most of the 1990s, battling injuries and trying to recover his Italia 90 form. Here he is in the halcyon days, before it all went wrong. He terrorised opponents during Spurs 1991 FA Cup run. We also see goals from Paul Merson, Frank McAvennie and the youthful pre-Fergie Roy Keane.

Elsewhere, we catch a sight of the goal which prompted Brian Clough to punch Keane in the face - it's John Salako lobbing Mark Crossley, Keane had underhit a back pass.

The montage finishes with Bob Wilson telling us there were no goals from the semi-final between Forest and West Ham at Villa Park - though Forest went on to win 4-0.
