The lads at Sky Sports picked their ultimate Premier League XI a couple of days ago and even Christmas couldn't get in the way of the fall-out.
The decision to overlook Roy Keane and Alan Shearer in particular, rankled many. I'd also argue that Lampard should be in there ahead of Gerrard, if they were insisting upon not having Keane but obviously the Corkman should be in the team.
I'm not the only one saying that...
Gerrard definitely a premier league great but never over winners/multiple winners like Keane,Scholes,Viera,Lampard..but only my opinion!!

Sky sports not having keane or scholes in their ultimate 11 is a piss take. Viera on a good day wasnt remotely close to keane for a start.

Gerrard should be nowhere near the ultimate premiership team! Scholes, lampard, viera and Keane far superior players and Premiership winners
